Join Met Membership Program

We are delighted that you have chosen to join the Met Membership Program at the XXXX Level. When your membership contribution has been completely processed, your Acknowledgement Package and membership card will be mailed to you. We ask that you allow approximately four to six weeks for delivery from your join date, and recommend that you keep your acknowledgment letter for tax purposes.

If you find that you need your membership card prior to it's arrival in the mail, please reply directly to this email or contact our Customer Care Department for the issuance of a temporary membership card.
